INSIDE
THE YARD.

BHELM LOGISTICS LLC is a limited liability company registered in the United States at 223 N 1250 W Ste 101, Centerville, Utah 84014. From that yard office we coordinate three freight districts — pack, share and terminal.

The Yard Office

ONE MANIFEST FOR
THREE DISTRICTS.

Logistics is really three trades. The pack side is carpentry and paperwork — crates built to spec, goods packed to survive the haul. The share side is scheduling — carpools, vanpools and medical trips arranged so riders and drivers actually meet. The terminal side is facilities — LNG, pipeline, precooling and stockyard work where the regulations run as thick as the freight.

We built BHELM so all three run off one manifest. When a pack-side customer needs produce precooled on the terminal side, or a share-side program needs a documented schedule, the waybill never leaves the yard — it just moves between docks.

Yard Rules

THREE RULES
OVER THE GATE.

RULE № 1

Nothing Moves Unbooked

Every job is written before it moves — cargo scope, ride schedule or facility call. If it isn't on the waybill, it doesn't leave the yard.

RULE № 2

Regulated Means Regulated

LNG, pipeline and medical-transport work runs under its permits, licenses and facility rules. We clear requirements before we clear freight.

RULE № 3

Paper Closes the Job

Deliveries, trips and facility calls close with documentation the customer keeps. A job isn't done until the record says it is.

The Operating Switch

EVERY JOB GETS
THROWN RIGHT.

A rail switch sends each car down the right track; the yard office does the same for jobs. Book the scope, stage the resources, clear the requirements, close with paper. Four stops, every time — whether the freight is a crate, a commute or a cold room.

That switch is why a packer, a vanpool coordinator and a terminal operator can all wear the same colors: the cargo differs per dock, but the discipline never does.

FAQ

ASKED AT
THE GATE.

Neither. On the pack and terminal sides we provide freight preparation and facility operations. On the share side we arrange carpools, vanpools and nonemergency medical transportation — organizing programs and schedules, not operating a ridesharing app or on-demand ride service.

Arrangement only: scheduling and coordinating nonemergency medical transportation. We do not provide social assistance services, medical care, or in-vehicle assistance — those remain with the transport providers and care organizations.

Regulated-facility work — LNG liquefaction/regasification and pipeline terminals — is performed under applicable permits and facility rules. Licensing specifics are confirmed per engagement during the clearance stop of the waybill.

Holding facilities where livestock waits in transit between legs of a journey. Our stockyard operations are transportation-related only — no fattening, finishing or livestock sales happen on the yard.
