The yard rules for this website and for booking BHELM services — read before the freight moves. Last updated: 2025.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.bhelmlo.shop and your engagement with BHELM LOGISTICS LLC ("BHELM", "we", "us"), a limited liability company located at 223 N 1250 W Ste 101, Centerville, UT 84014, United States. By using this website or submitting a job inquiry, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
BHELM operates three service districts: packing, crating and preparation of goods for shipping; arrangement of carpools, vanpools and nonemergency medical transportation; and terminal facility operations including LNG terminals, independent pipeline terminals, produce precooling and transportation stockyards.
Unless a written agreement states otherwise, BHELM does not act as a motor carrier, freight forwarder or ridesharing platform. We prepare freight, arrange programs and operate facilities; licensed carriers and transport providers perform the carriage itself.
Shared-ride and NEMT services are arrangement services only. We do not provide social assistance services, medical care, in-vehicle assistance, or guaranteed ride availability.
Content on this website describes the service lines we operate. It is not an offer, a rate quote, a schedule commitment, or a promise to accept any particular job.
No job is booked except under a written scope — waybill, service agreement or program agreement — confirmed by both parties. Form submissions and phone calls do not create an engagement.
LNG, pipeline, stockyard and medical-transport-adjacent work is performed subject to applicable permits, licenses and facility rules. Customers are responsible for disclosing regulated, hazardous or otherwise restricted cargo before booking; we may decline or suspend work where requirements cannot be met.
Customers warrant the accuracy of cargo descriptions, weights, values and participant information they provide, and are responsible for their own insurance, packaging declarations and regulatory obligations.
We may refuse freight that is prohibited, undeclared, hazardous without proper documentation, or beyond facility capabilities. Livestock at transportation stockyards is held in transit only — no fattening, finishing or sales services are provided, and animal health, documentation and ownership remain the customer's responsibility.
Our liability for goods we pack or prepare is limited to the packing and preparation workmanship as described in the written scope. Carriage risk, transit damage and delay are governed by the carrier's terms.
For carpools, vanpools and NEMT arrangements, BHELM is not liable for the acts or omissions of drivers, riders, transport providers or participants. Program participants are responsible for their own conduct, licensing and insurance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BHELM's aggregate liability arising out of the website or any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost business.
The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or error-free content.
All site content — text, design, graphics, the "Crossing" visual system and the BHELM name and signal-mast mark — is owned by BHELM LOGISTICS LLC. You may not reproduce it without written permission.
The site is hosted on third-party infrastructure and may link to carriers, facilities or partners. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability or practices. Carriage performed by third-party providers is governed by their terms.
You agree to indemnify and hold BHELM harmless from claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your cargo or program participants, your violation of applicable law, or your engagement-related conduct, except to the extent caused by our own misconduct.
We may suspend or terminate website access at any time. Service engagements terminate per their written agreements. Provisions on liability, indemnification, disputes and governing law survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes not resolved informally shall be brought in the state or federal courts of Davis County, Utah, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction. Where a written agreement specifies arbitration or another forum, the agreement controls.
We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is posted at this page; continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance. Written service agreements are not modified by changes to these website Terms.
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms remains in effect.
