How the yard office handles personal information — for shippers, ride-program participants, facility customers, partners and visitors. Last updated: 2025.
This Privacy Policy is published by BHELM LOGISTICS LLC, a limited liability company with its yard office at 223 N 1250 W Ste 101, Centerville, UT 84014, United States. The website at www.bhelmlo.shop is developed and maintained under the developer name BHELM LOG. This Policy explains what personal information we collect across our three freight districts — packing and shipping preparation, shared-ride and nonemergency medical transport arrangement, and terminal facility operations — and how we use, protect and share it.
By using this website or engaging with BHELM, you acknowledge the practices described here. Where a written service agreement contains more specific privacy terms, the agreement governs.
For shared-ride and NEMT arrangements we may receive participant rosters and scheduling requirements from employers, healthcare coordinators or program sponsors — used solely to run the arrangement described in the agreement.
Our nonemergency medical transportation work is arrangement only. We do not provide medical care or social assistance services, and we do not seek medical records. Scheduling details for NEMT trips (names, pickup points, appointment times) are handled as sensitive logistics data: access is limited to the coordinators who need them, and disclosure is limited to the transport providers performing the trips.
We do not sell personal information. We do not build advertising profiles from service data.
This website uses no advertising trackers. Hosting infrastructure may set strictly necessary technical cookies or log equivalent identifiers for security and load balancing. Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies; the site's core content will remain accessible.
Inquiry records are kept while a job is under review or engagement. Service, billing and regulated-facility records are retained for the period required by tax, insurance and regulatory obligations, then securely deleted or anonymized. Shared-ride rosters are refreshed or purged when a program ends.
We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to a logistics yard office: access controls on service files, encrypted transmission on the hosted site, and limited distribution of participant rosters and billing data. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure; we investigate and, where required, report incidents.
Our services are commercial and program-based engagements for adults and organizations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. If we learn such data was provided, we delete it promptly.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain uses. To exercise any right, contact the yard office at n.sorensen@bhelmlo.shop. We respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. Billing and regulated-facility records may be subject to mandatory retention that overrides deletion requests.
This site may link to carriers, facilities or partner sites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
BHELM operates from the United States. Information submitted to us is processed in the United States under U.S. law, which may differ from the laws of your jurisdiction.
We may update this Policy as our services or the law change. The current version is always posted at www.bhelmlo.shop/privacy-policy; material changes will be flagged on this page.
